Walk Into Wellness

The perfect program to start with

 Walks are easy, paved and flat, and still connect you with nature. Most walks are 1-2 miles, often with options to go up to 3 miles. With our caring volunteers, this fun and engaging series will help boost your physical activity and spirits, and give you a sense of community, wherever you are in your cancer journey. Open to survivors and caregivers.
