Join our amazing intern Maren on Saturday, October 21, as she leads a MODERATE sunrise hike at Sugarloaf mountain. If you’re looking to welcome new energy into your life, this is a great hike for you. This is a short trail with a gorgeous 360 degree view at the top. The rocky trail rises for 500 ft in less than a mile. The trail will skirt the southern face of Sugarloaf providing great views back towards Boulder, which we’ll share together just as the sun rises on a new day. Option to join in guided meditation after the sun rises at the top.
As always, Live By Living day hikes are open to all cancer survivors and their caregivers, men and women. Regardless of whether you are currently in or out of treatment, we’d love to have you join us. If you’re uncertain whether you are physically up for a hike, please call us at 303-808-2339, and we can help you decide.
