Live By Living Day Hike: Grand Junction Riverfront Trail. Saturday, August 12

Join Todd on Saturday morning, August 12, for an EASY 5 mile walk from the Broadway Safeway around the Grand Junction Riverfront Trail.  The Colorado Riverfront Trail System celebrates and preserves the cottonwood groves, wetlands, cattail marshes, gravel bars and islands of the Colorado (originally the Grand) and the Gunnison Rivers.  The Junction of these two mighty rivers provides a beautiful and rich habitat for wildlife and riparian vegetation in an otherwise arid region.

As always, Live By Living day hikes are open to all cancer survivors and their caregivers, men and women. Regardless of whether you are currently in or out of treatment, we’d love to have you join us. If you’re uncertain whether you are physically up for a hike, please call us at 303-808-2339, and we can help you decide.
