Live By Living Day Hike: Bobolink Trail in Boulder. Friday, June 1

Join us on Friday afternoon, June 1 as Tara leads an EASY walk along the lovely Bobolink trail by South Boulder Creek. We’ll meet at the parking lot just west of Cherryvale Rd. on Baseline.  This walk is an out and back, with options for 1.2 miles or 3 miles.  Come on out and have some fun!



As always, Live By Living day hikes are open to all cancer survivors and their caregivers, men and women. Regardless of whether you are currently in or out of treatment, we’d love to have you join us. DAY/DATE:              Friday, June 1

MEETING TIME:      6:00 PM      

RETURN TIME:        7:00 (for the 1.2-mile version; 8:00 for the 3-mile trip)

MEETING PLACE:   Bobolink parking lot

DIFFICULTY:           EASY!                       

DISTANCE:               1.2 or 3 miles

ELEVATION GAIN:             negligible

HIGHEST POINT:     5400 feet

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?  Yes.  Dogs must remain leashed and picked up after.  Bring doggy bags, as none are provided at the trailhead.



Be sure to bring:
1. Appropriate clothing for the weather.

2. Water

3. Sunscreen/sunwear/lip balm/sunglasses

4. Snacks

5.  Hiking Poles



CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel at the last minute, please call or text Tara (605) 728-2006 or email by 4:00 pm the day of the walk/hike. If we decide to cancel due to poor weather, we will call everyone by 4:00 pm so be sure to provide a phone number where you can be reached.
