Saturday, April 27:

Outdoor Preparedness: Essentials for Outdoor Healing

Outdoor recreation is more than just an A to B experience. On this relaxing social hike we’ll develop new relationships, share our favorite hacks to keep ourselves at ease and safe on the trail, and build perspective on the health benefits of the natural world. We will be choosing a loop as a team based on the needs of participants.

.

Join Live By Living and OSMP to experience the benefits of time outdoors. In this series we’ll explore how getting outside and in nature can help with reducing pain, social isolation, and many of the effects of surviving cancer. This program is geared towards anyone impacted by cancer. Sign up for one or all of these great opportunities to help you heal with deepening a connection to the natural world.

.

As always, Live By Living events are open to all cancer survivors and their caregivers.  Regardless of whether you are currently in or out of treatment, we’d love to have you join us.  If you’re uncertain whether you are physically up for a hike, please call us at 303-808-2339, and we can help you decide.
